1996-2000: Research intern. University of Turin. Clinical Neurobiology Laboratory at the University Hospital San Luigi Gonzaga (Orbassano; Turin). Supervisor: Dr. A. Bertolotto, Mentor: Prof. M. Giovarelli.
2000-2001: Research fellowship from Fondazione per la ricerca Biomedica ONLUS for research activities spent at the Clinical Neurobiology Laboratory within the Regional Referral Multiple Sclerosis (CReSM), University Hospital San Luigi Gonzaga.
2001-2003: Research fellowship from from Serono foundation for the iMED project.
2003-2005: Research fellowship from the University Hospital San Luigi Gonzaga for research activities spent at the Clinical Neurobiology Laboratory within the Regional Referral Multiple Sclerosis (CReSM).

Field of research
Multiple sclerosis (MS), NeuromyelitisOptica (NMO), Aquaporin-4 antibodies, biological management of patients with MS, NMO and NMO spectrum disorders treated with Rituximab, Ebstein Barr virus and Multiple Sclerosis, Interferon-beta signature in MS patients, diagnostic examinations of neurological disorders.
