The results of the elections were announced on 28th September, during the National Congress of SINS.
Our researchers Valentina Cerrato ( research group leader Annalisa Buffo ) and Serena Stanga ( group leader A. Vercelli ) have been awarded with SINS Travel Grants (photo on the left) .

Symposium:
Astrocytes heterogeneity: from development to
functional implications
Furthermore, Valentina Cerrato had the opportunity, thanks to the support of the
Company of Biologists
, to host three renowned international neuroscientists in a Symposium organized in the frame of the 18th National Congress Of The Italian Society For Neuroscience.
This symposium was attended by approximately 70 people out of the 400 that attended the whole meeting and received a broad consensus from the whole audience.
