Born in Turin on 05.04.1975. Italian.
1998 stage at INSERM Unity 413 and Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Neurosciences, University of Rouen, France
2000. Doctor in Biological Sciences, University of Turin.
2005. PhD in Veterinary Basic Sciences and Biotechnology.
2005-2009 Post-doctoral scholarship from the University of Turin for research at the Dipartimento di Morfofisiologia Veterinaria.
2009-2012. Kisspeptina: l'anello di congiunzione tra riproduzione e metabolismo

Il nostro studio pubblicato sul Journal of Anatomy conferma le differenze tra il cervello delle femmine e quello dei maschi, evidenziando come la Kisspeptina sia interconnessa con il controllo metabolico e altri sistemi che regolano fondamentali funzioni vitali per l’organismo.

Neonati: effetti negativi dei fitoestrogeni presenti nella soia

La somministrazione di genisteina altera permanentemente alcuni circuiti ipotalamici nei topi neonati. Su Neuroscience i risultati della ricerca svolta dal nostro gruppo di Neuroendocrinologia in collaborazione con i Dipartimenti di Scienze veterinarie e di Neuroscienze dell'Università di Torino.
