Stem Cell Therapy for Neurodegenerative Diseases

promoted and organized by the Principal Investigators of our EU FP7 funded Neurostemcellrepair Consortium.

The event is an opportunity to inform the lay public about the new breakthroughs of the research on stem cells for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, in particular for Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease. Lectures are renown scholars, researchers and physicians from Belgium, Germany, Italy, Sweden and UK.

Charles Sabine (HD advocate)  and Tom Isaacs (The Cure Parkinson’s Trust) will participate as representatives of the patients community. From funding and regulatory bodies, Ruxandra Draghia-Akli - Director of the Health Directorate at the Research DG of the European Commission and Guido Panté from the Italian Medicines Agency (A.I.F.A).

Registration by Wednesday, 4th November
90 seats can be reserved to scholars, researchers, professors, media professionals and lay public. People interested in attending the event must send a participation request to  unistem@unimi.it  within Wednesday, 4th November at 12AM.
